The Global New Product Capabilities Team is responsible for developing innovative products and capabilities to transform experiences and grow our fair share of lend both on- and off-cards. The Manager of US New Product Analytics will play a critical role in supporting the US market growth by partnering across the team to provide analytic insight and reporting rigor to existing and new product launches.
• Execute strategic analysis leveraging customer data and portfolio trends for Plan It and other product launches to track performance, inform growth strategy and help deliver 2019 targets
•Execute quantitative analysis across the Global New Product Capabilities team to evaluate opportunities to drive consistency, identify best practices and generate insights to support improved decision making
•Partner with multiple business partners, such as Finance, Risk and Technology, to support business case development, including validating trends and insights used to create CBAs
•Support marketing, strategic growth and product development initiatives by providing thought leadership to help identify key business questions, structuring analyses to answer the key questions, and delivering a business insights report with clear findings and recommendations
•Execute ad-hoc analysis on select growth initiatives to validate behavioral assumptions and economic drivers, evaluating opportunities to optimize investment decisions and growth projections

Post Graduate Degree in Management/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics/ Engineering
Functional & Technical
•Demonstrated ability to utilize financial, credit bureau and behavioral data to develop business insights shaping growth strategies and initiatives
•Strong understanding of the economics of lending products, pricing principles and key levers of profitability
•Strong relationship, communication and influence management skills
•Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Hive, R or Python is considered A PLUS
•Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different geographies is considered a plus
