This team within the Enterprise Digital & Analytics (EDA) organization is responsible for ensuring that membership rewards program is driving higher customer engagement, while optimizing program's financial performance through fact-based decisions.
Purpose of the Role:
Attract customers & increase engagement through best in class Loyalty Program. The Rewards team is responsible for the overall management of our rewards programs across proprietary markets. This entails the strategy of the overall programs, including the move to digital platforms, multinational partnership management, and managing rewards expense while improving the customer experience.
Manage analytical needs of membership rewards program in terms of designing analysis and drawing meaningful conclusions from data. The work will involve analysing various loyalty-related interactions (both online and offline) with the customer and influence these interactions to achieve business objectives.
We are looking for candidates who have extensive knowledge and practical experience in statistical analysis, strategic data analytics and programming, and who possesses a passion for innovation and data exploration.
QualificationsCritical Factors to Success:
Deliver highly impactful analytics for membership rewards program
High attention to detail and ensure data accuracy
Draw meaningful insights from data and have clear understanding of implications for the company
Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes
Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering/Management
Understanding of credit card industry and loyalty program
Prior experience of designing and managing marketing campaigns will be a plus
Expertise in databases (Hive, SQL, or equivalent) and SAS. Experience in analytical languages (Python, R, or equivalent) will be a plus.
Prior experience of working with very large data sets.
Expertise in statistical analysis and understanding of segmentation techniques and machine learning algorithms
Past experience in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) will be a plus.
