Executive Assistant

Job Description

  • Maintain and prioritize the Vice President’s calendar to ensure maximum efficiency in a dynamic global environment
  • Coordinate logistics internal or external meetings, events, town hall meetings
  • Conduct monthly review on spending
  • Undertake proactive follow ups on critical items in order to effectively meet deadlines/commitments
  • Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and their assistants
  • Support all other ad hoc requests as needed 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above
  • Excellent organization, prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience effectively managing office activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and a calm, professional demeanor while under pressure
  • Proficient Word, Excel
