Job Description

Positions in Risk Management lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. At the VP level, the employee directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, through leaders who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas. Interacts internally and/or externally with senior and executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals. Influences broad policymaking.
