In support of these products, we are hiring an Operations Team Care Professional to provide support and handle the life of a Personal Savings and/or CD account from application to closing. Ability to handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and a ticketing system. Customer service is the primary function, which includes opening savings/CD accounts, updating and maintaining customer information.
A call center handles the majority of our calls, but we are available to assist and/or take over customer calls as necessary.
We use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. We require general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
We are looking for people who are innovative, problem solvers and looking out for what is best for the customer.
Accuracy and speed in processing our work within regulatory guidelines is essential.
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
