Regional Account Manager, Japan

Job Description

The Foreign Currency Solutions organization is responsible for managing a suite of USD Corporate Payment solutions designed to help Clients manage T&E of International subsidiaries and B2B Payments to suppliers overseas. 

The role of Regional Account Manager is based in our offices on 12 Shelley Street, and requires an innovative self-starter who can work autonomously and partner with key stakeholders to efficiently drive the Implementations process and Account Management functions for a large portfolio of GDC customers based in Japan. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the plan to maximize CV growth, by managing account retention and client relationships across markets
  • Managinig end to end onboarding of new clients within JAPA region
  • Identifying servicing needs and gaps to provide effective and efficient solutions for client escalations /requirements
  • Partner with the New Accounts & WS teams to drive implementations velocity and billings
  • Create/execute comprehensive Field enablement plan on GDC functionality /processes and provide on-the-job training
  • Serve as subject matter expert on GDC product /processes for Field & clients
  • Manage weekly implementation tracking and reporting
The role may require flexibility to work in a shift from 7:30AM to 5:00PM IST

Qualifications

  • Successful candidate must possess a strategic and global mindset with ability to work with multiple partners and customers to drive revenue growth
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence all levels in a matrix organization
  • Experience in Corporate Sales / Account Management function is preferred
  • Expertise in Japanese language is mandatory
  • Quantitative, financial, research and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge & Experience in Global Commercial Services business is essential
  • Strong presentation, project management and communication skills
