The Client Management executive primary focus is ensuring a profitable relationships with high value Merchants by understanding their needs, the industry(ies) environment, payments environment and ensuring the American Express value proposition against those needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Drives results to grow American Express charge volume
•Manage a portfolio of high value merchants providing proactive consultancy
• Implement initiatives and opportunities for growth& development
• Ensure compliance control
• Customer driven, able to find solutions to meet customer needs
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Experience in relationship management or sale roles.
Ability to understand basic financial drivers to achieve targets
Strong communication skills to influence and convince others in a very challenging and competitive environment
Ability to identify opportunities and merchant’s needs to set an ad-hoc plan and drives results
Ability to analyze and identify the root cause of problems to provide accurate solutions
Personal accountability to move forward for achieving individual and team goals
Ability to work in groups and contribute to the team success.
