JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Client Management executive primary focus is ensuring a profitable relationships with high value Merchants  by understanding their needs, the industry(ies) environment, payments environment and  ensuring the American Express value proposition against those needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Drives results to grow American Express charge volume

•Manage a portfolio of high value merchants providing proactive consultancy

• Own the relationship with the portfolio to  increase merchant satisfaction

• Implement initiatives and opportunities for growth& development

 • Ensure compliance control

 • Customer driven, able to find solutions to meet customer needs

 

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.
 

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management or sale roles.

  • Ability to understand basic financial drivers to achieve targets

  • Strong communication skills to influence and convince others in a very challenging and competitive environment

  • Ability to identify opportunities and merchant’s needs to set an ad-hoc plan and drives results

  • Ability to analyze and identify the root cause of problems to provide accurate solutions

  • Personal accountability to move forward for achieving individual and team goals

  • Ability to work in groups and contribute to the team success.

  • High Levels of innovation and self motivation

  • Flexible, high energy team player

  • A dregree un Business or equivalent

  • English Language fluent skills
