Global Contracting Centre of Excellence (“COE”) is looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist (PA) to assist the management and tracking of complex Client Contract Changes on a global basis. 

Each country can be subject to legal, operational, regulatory or compliance related changes to their suite of Card issuing agreements. The COE is in start-up phase so this is an exceptional time to join and influence its direction. It is led by a Director level position. 

In this role, you will support the Director in partnering closely with the our Commercial Card business globally, specifically marketing, Compliance, General Council and product teams to track and oversee all template changes with business tools designed fit for purpose.

Qualifications

  • Project Management qualifications or minimum 5 years project management experience within the payments industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of GCS commercial card products an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to interact with clients at all levels of the organization including C level executives. Ability to view issues from a customer lens.
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong process and Project Management skills together with a demonstrated results orientation (setting targets, prioritization, personal accountability) and proficiency with metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex and abstract ideas clearly and simply.
  • Experience working in a global/matrixed environment
