Operations Coordinator

Job Description

This position will support the acquisition of American Express proprietary cards through the coordination of different operations related to the recovery of physical documents.

The role of the Operations Coordinator is to implement and follow strategies related with document recovery from end to end of the general set of products offered by different sale channels. For this purpose, the position will be responsible for ensuring accomplishment of operational metrics, as well as seeking constantly improvements to the processes, for generate impacts on business' results and customer service.

Responsibilities:

•Assure that dialing/contact strategies be on site on time and form to increase conversion rates

•Identify operational risks and generate corrective and preventive actions

•Ensure a daily high document recovery efficiency and operative objectives

•Coordinate different operational cells to ensure the accomplishment of daily goals

•Give follow up and solution to complaints
•Assure the minimum documents devolution from the origin
•Perform data base assembly on required call center processes

Qualifications

•Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities

•Previous experience in call center operations

•Strong attention to detail

•Successful experience working on a daily goal function

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Solid database management
• Ability to flex work hours to meet the demands of the business
