Assistant Marketing Manager – Marketing Insights and Integrated Planning


As a key member of the Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the evolution of our integrated marketing communication strategy grounded in portfolio trends and insights to help inform and establish our ongoing strategy.

The ideal candidate has a passion and knowledge for marketing, digital channels, excellent analytical skills, aptitude towards innovation, strong communication and project management skills which are all indispensable to the success in the role. Core responsibilities will include:


Integrated Marketing Planning

  • Work closely with product/channel owners to track and understand all marketing activities and work with management to drive integration, efficiencies and ensure there is alignment with the overarching strategy

  • Work with management on cross-line of business/acquisition marketing integration opportunities

  • Champion Marketing Integration workstreams with the acquisition team through conception, to evaluation to implementation.   

  • Support management with our planning cycle by developing inputs, complete analysis, project management and working with the full Acquisition/Finance teams

  • Own the acquisition marketing calendar and work closely with the full team on tracking, refining and optimizing

  • Work closely with manager on recommendation of strategic shifts with plan or new opportunities

  • Liaise closely with channel and product owners/budget analyst on use of budget and efficiencies via marketing integration

  • Flag and Identify operational inefficiencies/opportunities

Marketing Insights
  • Develop ongoing Portfolio/Product insights and recommendations
  • Complete Deep Dive/Ad hoc Analysis when required and summarize key findings and recommendations

  • Develop Executive Summaries with key narratives on portfolio performance

  • Work closely with the Acquisition team/Budget analyst/Finance on monthly budget utilization trends

  • Stay close to competitor and industry trends
  • Work with MIS team on evolving our reporting and creating efficiencies

  • Omi-channel Digital Marketing Experience preferred

  • Experience in financial services preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred
  • Previous Digital Marketing experience required
