Credit Analyst are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate CM and Client accounts. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. CS are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills. The scope of this position are Corporate Spain, Argentina, Mexico and GDC (Latin America and the Caribbean (multi-market operation).

Qualifications

- 2+ years call center, credit, customer service or sales experience
- Excellent consultation, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proven problem solving and decision making
- Night Shift Schedule 
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office enviroment
- Desirable Bi-Lingual skills
