The UK Lending team manages and drives growth from our Consumer Credit Card portfolio as well as developing and driving our lending capabilities for all customers. The team focuses on creating and delivering value for our existing customers, delivering strategic growth initiatives for new products and propositions as well as delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns and customer engagement.


This Lending Specialist role is a dynamic role in the fast growing UK Lending team. You will have a great opportunity to work with UK Credit Card portfolio, developing and executing the strategy for pricing, line of credit, targeting, monitoring and other portfolio actions. The role has 2 main components:


Lending Analyst – in this capacity you will be looking at data searching for trends, segmenting our portfolio to ensure effective targeting for marketing campaigns, understanding impact from risk actions as well as monitoring its health. You will be working across different stakeholders in Risk, Finance and others to continue growing our business in UK and maintaining its credit quality.


In the second capacity you will have an opportunity to take some of the projects end to end, starting from identifying and developing strategy of our actions, designing the solution and communication all the way to implementation and ensuring our tech teams are well equipped to bring our idea to life. You will work alongside Compliance, Legal, Tech, marketing and other teams in ensuring we deliver best solutions to our customers.

  • Analytics – You are very comfortable working with numbers and can draw conclusions based on your data. With strong command of Excel as well as working knowledge of SQL. You have a desire to develop further in other data analytics tools (SAS, Python and Tableau).

  • Team work – You are comfortable working with multiple partners, aligning with them in order to make business decisions. You are no stranger to project management and can collaborate and influence effectively.

  • Attitude – Self-starter with great drive to learn you are curious and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver great customer and business outcomes.
