JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Advice and support employees to help resolve workplace issues and interpret policies

Advice and support leaders in managing employee conduct and performance

Deliver comprehensive solutions to support business strategies that impact people

 

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.
 

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to influence LOB leaders about flexibility issues.

  • Handling Employee grievances

  • Ensure 100% of Policies interpretation

  • Will provide HR support and consultation in ER topics as well as partner with other Center of Expertise

  • Impeccable Labor suits management

  • Assists with the daily implementation and administration of the employee relations programs.

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources disciplines

  • Basic knowledge of employee/labor law in Mexico

  • Well-developed personal computer and Internet skills

  • Great performer in Excel

  • Data Driven and Analyze information.
