Enterprise Didgital Demand Generation

Purpose of the Role:
This role will be part of the Prescriptive Marketing Analytics team in American Express. This team has specific responsibility for People Based Marketing Analytics that supports the US Consumer Card Business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving enhanced scale and efficiency of our People Based marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong background in digital technology and analytics trends and exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilites:

Designing, optimizing and enhancing People Based Marketing campaigns on display, social, OTT & other digital platforms
• Analyzing campaign performance data and coming up with learnings to improve performance
• Develop capabilities to deliver faster & automated audience and campaign insights
• Identify and design A/B, MVT test opportunities to figure out newer avenues to improve performance
• Identify industry proven platforms/techniques/best practices on display advertising as a mean to improve efficiency and/or drive scale of existing efforts
• Perform ad-hoc exploratory statistical and data mining analytics
• Present results of complex analytical problems to business partners, non-technical audience

Qualifications

Past Experience:
0-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in display analytics ecosystem and digital media marketing is a big plus

Academic Background:
Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance combined with a master’s or other secondary professional qualification

Functional Skills/Capabilities:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong ability to drive results; self-starter 
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

Experience in programming languages like Hive, Python etc. is a big plus

Knowledge of Platforms:
Knowledge of Ad-serving, Ad-tracking, audience management platforms is added advantage,
