  • Customer Focused with Strong Ability to Resolve Customer Issues Provide Superior.
  • Customer Experience on Calls to India Merchants Focus on First Contact Resolution .
  • Enhance Shareholder Value By Up Selling (Cross Selling).
  •  Products To Customers On Incoming Calls (Incentive Based Program).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate with 6 Months to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  •  Passion for serving customers with proactive solutions that grow relationships Flexibility on both day and afternoon schedules.
  • Strong verbal & Written communication skills (English & Hindi) including active listening .
  • Strong Interpersonal & Coordination Skills Excellent.
  •  PC and navigation skills required Rotational.
  • Shift: 10am to 9:00pm (Mon to Sat)
