Travelers Cheques (TC) is a global business tasked with meeting the needs of ~4M customers holding TC in over 100+ countries. Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) is a global team with approx. 170 colleagues across 5 different regions.  This role will work in the central strategy team within TCPS. 


Role Description:

The team is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for Travelers Cheques Digital Assets and Technical Infrastructure.  The Product Manager will work closely with the central team, client management and our technology team to drive the strategy and vision for the future state for Travelers Cheques and be responsible for the design, development and deployment of the TCPS Roadmap.



  • Define your product vision and your roadmap by working with stakeholders and partners

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems

  • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria

  • Leverage data and analytics (qualitative + quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation and product strategy

  • Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance

  • Prioritize engineering work and balance the requirements of customers and stakeholders

  • Brainstorm and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to continuously define feature/story priority

  • Proven experience in Product Management/Development

  • Technical expertise and aptitude to communicate and collaborate with tech teams

  • Proven track record with consumer-facing product(s)

  • Experience scaling digital products and leading UX redesigns

  • Experience in an Agile environment using Scrum or similar framework

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Innate resilience, optimism and curiosity

  • High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability

  • Able to build positive relationships, influence decisions and make things happen

  • Willingness to work across time zones to support the global team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is strongly encouraged
