The Global Transformation Engineering & Network (GTEN) team drives extraordinary service value and engagement across GSN through new insights, strategic partnering, and disciplined delivery.

This manager role in Global Transformation Engineering & Network (GTEN) will be a leader supporting GCFN (Credit, Fraud and Global New Accounts) Reengineering for the Global Servicing Network (GSN).  Specifically, this manager will be focused on supporting the Reengineering for Global organizations as well as the E2E Customer Journey to eliminate customer friction points, reduce handoffs, minimize downstream impacts, and create automated workflows to improve the CCP and customer experience.   

Specifically, this person will be responsible for:

 Leading a team of engineers and analysts to support Global Reengineering

 Building prioritized recommendations to ensure streamlined and consistent experience

 Enable tactical delivery of strategic themes including making processes easier, faster, and consistent

 Partnering with all impacted groups across the organization to ensure strategy/procedural alignment


Required Skills:

  • Direct people leadership experience of engineers and/or analysts
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Management, or similar background is required
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams either with or without direct authority
  • Proven track record delivering results and exceeding aggressive targets
  • Strong thought leadership skills, coupled with excellent collaborative and influencing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships across different organizations
  • Ability to focus on strategic objectives and initiatives while managing everyday business needs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with key Credit and Fraud capabilities and platforms (CSP, WCC, Globestar, RMS, Dialer ,FCIA)
  • Experience with Global Credit, Global New Accounts, Fraud or Global Collections
