This is a unique opportunity to provide analytical, strategic, communications and executional support for the US Large & Global Client Management team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Business Planning, this role supports the day to day management of the office of the Executive Vice President & General Manager.  The US Vertical team is responsible for acquisition, growth and retention of a customer segment of Healthcare, construction, energy, education and Online Travel agency verticals.   The successful candidate will be a strong strategic thinker who possesses the confidence and composure to drive organizational effectiveness and successfully manage a wide range of initiatives, working across the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 5 years business experience with broad functional exposure

  • Superior organizational, program management skills, time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to set priorities and manage tasks to drive results within short time frame

  • Proven strategic thinker with ability to ensure effective implementation

  • Demonstrated analytical ability; with ability to perform statistical and data analyses

  • Effective oral and written communications skills, including senior executive presence and ability to address diverse audiences

  • Strong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate, influence, and be a team player

  • Significant matrix leadership, collaboration and influencing skills

  • Work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
