•Must be proficient in Spanish and English (Verbal & Written).
•There will be a focus to identifying global trends on suspicious activities and work with GPO Risk and Corporate Security to enable accurate decisions for payout.
•To perform extensive verification and investigation of dubious refund claims is critical for the future of this business.
•To analyze paid Travelers Cheques and other information received from various resources to execute judgment to minimize loss to the company is also crucial.
•This position will also assist the Risk team in various Risk Management initiatives/projects.
•Perform multiple customer support tasks within PMP targets. Some examples are: Redemption Claims, Due Diligence, Abandon Property, World Wide Refund Fees, Fulfill Refund Requests and Voucher Check Stop Pay. Ensure deferred refund claims non contractual are completed within PMP targets.
•Prepare and review all refund related bank transfers and manual voucher checks to Team Leader for approval. Take the forms to respective area (i.e. Centurion Bank or Item Processing).
•Liaise with the Prepaid Complaint Service Centers and other internal departments in AMEX (i.e. Technologies, Global Litigation and Security).
•Perform multiple consumer risk tasks within PMP targets. Some examples are: PCR, Marketing Repurchase Requests, CFT Repurchase Requests, Altered Cheques, PCR, etc.
•Liaise with Risk Management, TRS Security, Global Paid Exceptions, Prepaid Complaints and Customer Relations as required to process all consumer risk tasks (i.e. Marketing Repurchase Requests, CFT Repurchase Requests, Altered Cheques, PCR, etc.).
•Provide updates to the Knowledge Centre (ECCO) as and when changes/updates are needed in the Process.
