As a Customer Care Professional of Merchant Servicing Japan team, you are responsible for providing premium customer service to our Merchants, assisting and resolving their enquiries and problems over the phone and email.


Minimum Qualifications

• Good PC skills/Familiarity of PC usage 
• Demonstrated customer service skills 
• Experience in resolution of any issues
• Japanese & English verbal & written communication skills required
• Active listening skills 
• Pro active Team player
• Be able to work the regular Japanese business hours and around the Japanese calendar.
