Great opportunities don’t come without great responsibilities. Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of assigned Clients, developing new business from existing clients and seeking new sales opportunities

  • Identifying portfolio growth opportunities and delivering on plan

  • Prospecting for new clients and managing new signings

  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams

  • Serving as payments expert for corporate payments solutions

  • Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers

  • Proactively providing expertise on policies and recommendations to optimize programs, reduce costs and drive efficiency for clients

  • This position requires occasional travel

Qualifications

These are the qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Account management experience

  • Proven relationship management skills demonstrating a comfort level and effectiveness in seeking out and establishing relationships at C-levels and within cross-functional areas with global and large companies

  • Direct business-to-business sales will be an advantage

  • Entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management; able to identify opportunities and mange through a sales process

  • Innovative and collaborative approach to solving problems and overcome barriers impacting client value or growth

  • Ability to gain in-depth understanding of client needs to develop and execute a client-focused account plan with limited support and guidance

  • Ability to achieve results within a dynamic business environment

  • Ability to deal with complex problems, understand and evaluate risks, apply personal insight and experience to business situations

  • Ability to deal with multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively present products, technical solutions, and financials to clients in a strategic manner

  • Knowledge of corporate card/payment solutions – an important asset

  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication in Polish and English

  • University education

  • Driver’s license

  • Proficiency with PC applications (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
