We’re the Business Unit Financial
Planning & Analysis team in the Corporate Planning function within Global
Finance. Our mission is unique – transform and optimize the way financial
processes work across American Express business units globally. Our team is

Role & Responsibilities:
Help propel your team and its
business partners to success.
Here’s just some of what you’ll
do in this role:
- Ensure delivery of monthly results, outlook, annual plan and long
- Optimize existing processes and innovate new solutions that help
business partners drive critical business decisions.
- Work as a liaison with Corporate Planning and Global Consumer Services
Group (GCSG) HQ Planning team on follow ups, queries, supporting ad-hoc
- Build an end-to-end understanding of the GCSG business, insights
into key trends and linkage to the AXP results and external investor view
- Lead/Support projects within BUFPA ensuring alignment with Finance
Are you ready for the challenge?
- Bachelor degree required (Finance/Mathematics preferred) 2-3 years of work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis processes
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness
- Experience working with Python, SQL, & Tableau is a plus
