Functional Description :
Global New Accounts processes card applications in a timely manner & comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with inbound and outbound calling.

Responsibilities-
• The incumbent will drive process transformation and identify reengineering opportunities by conducting various analyses and demonstrating thought leadership
• Support the business with process improvements, feasibility studies, demand management, & defect elimination framework, for the purposes of generating expense reduction reengineering (REE) and improving customer satisfaction (VoCM)
• Work closely with operations leaders, engineers and project managers, & other cross functional teams to identify new opportunities and work on developing and implementing existing ideas and projects.
• Query large sets of data, analyze them, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to the business using statistical and data mining techniques combined with business and operational knowledge. Should be able to communicate with all levels of leadership and drive influence / decision making
• Work on more complex process improvement and capability initiatives leveraging project management discipline and rigor. Support network / regional / center themes with demonstrated executive presence and execution discipline This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Academic Background
Bachelors /Master’s Degree (preferably in a quantitative field e.g. Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Mathematics) or MBA

Eligibility:
• The incumbent should have a performance rating of G3/L3 or better in the last annual PMP review
• The incumbent should not be on any type of counselling at the time of applying
• The incumbent currently working at a Band 30 should have completed 18 months in the tenure or Band 28 should have completed 12 Months in the tenure as on the date of application timeline.

Qualifications-
• This position requires a creative and innovative professional with strong reengineering and process improvement background. Strong track record of managing change effectively .
• Critical skills include proficiency with reengineering tools and techniques, strategic thought leadership and execution skills, strong negotiation skills, and good relationship with technical people and senior management.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft excel, Visio, Minitab, & MS project required.
• Prior six sigma/project management knowledge and experience are preferred for this role. Six sigma black belt/green belt, lean methodology &/or PMP® training / certification strongly preferred.
• Strong decision making, systematic problem solving, and ability to negotiate and influence others without having direct authority is required.
• Proven ability to challenge status quo and conventional wisdom to transform processes
• Ability to clearly articulate concepts and execution of projects ; should be able to translate complex analysis into a business storyboard that is easily understood
• 2-5 year’s relevant experience in business analysts/ portfolio manager role
