This position is responsible for affiliating new merchants via outbound calls.
Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
•Ability to work under pressure and with analytical capabilities. Should be able to make decisions as well as know how to and when to escalate properly.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
•Excellent customer service, clear understanding of what superior service entails, clearly focused in Customer First.
•Focused in results and a high sense of personal accountability.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
•Ability to analyze and solve complex troubles.
•College degree or in process.
•Office Suite knowledge.
•Knowledge and experience in the different processes of Merchant Services is desirable.
