Function Description:

International Commercial Customer Management is a critical position on the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Risk Management team and is responsible for driving profitable growth for GCS


Purpose of the Role:

This position will play a key role in supporting the growth goal and help in managing the risk of the SBS portfolio across markets. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing cutomer management strategies, capabilities and processes to manage and monitor risk prudently across the customer lifecycle as it relates to small business proprietary and co-branded credit cards. This position requires close partnership with market risk, Operations, Technologies, Finance and other functional risk teams to develop growth strategies that serve our small business customers’ needs while minimizing credit losses


Responsibilites: 

The incumbent’s key responsibilities will include:
• Manage customer management decisions and related functions, including; authorizations, case set up, RLA and digital initiatives
• Manage risk across all functions through quantitative analysis and building efficient business processes and flexible capabilities
• Identify new opportunities to support profitable growth for small businesses while continuing to enhance existing decisions by incorporating new information, techniques, and change factors


Critical Factors to success:
• Partner across Risk Management and with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to design and implement strategies that enable profitable growth while controlling for through-the-cycle volatility
• Drive in-depth analytics and collaborate with the Decision Science team to enhance economic logic that supports core risk management decisions
• Build and deploy the next generation of risk management tools and capabilities to deliver industry-leading credit quality and to enable accelerated profitable growth

Qualifications

Behavioural Skills:
- Provide strong thought leadership while working with business partners across the globe. 
-Working experience as a project manager will be helpful.
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Preferred to have a candidate with good analytical and managerial skills and an innovative approach for driving projects. 
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and ability to reinvent processes and infrastructure.
- Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings.

Past Experience:

- 0-3 Years of relevant/related work experience with consistent track record of strong performance. 

Academic Background:
MBA, Master’s degree In Economics, Statistics or related fields from a reputed institute, Master's degree from IITs.

Knowledge of Platforms:
Good to have knowledge of SAS/SQL
