- Review marketing concepts for adherence to U.S. banking standards and internal management policies.
- Ensure marketing communications are systematically executable, and operational risk considerations are incorporated into marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Ensure marketing communications can be easily interpreted by the target audience.
- Campaign Management (CMT) set up
- Provide consultation on end-to-end campaign execution to marketers
- Manage delivery of marketing campaigns from concept (Offer Review), through Campaign Management set-up.
- Coordinate delivery of marketing campaigns with related teams such as Customer Marketing Consultants (CMC), Marketing Compliance Review (MCR), Channel delivery (Digital Channels - email, personalization, website), GSM and external suppliers.
Create/Implement continuous process improvements
- BA/BS Degree
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Resilient in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize responsibilities/tasks and work under pressure
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information with discretion
- Able to work on tight deadlines when necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of American Express campaign execution processes and systems strongly preferred
- Understanding of marketing concepts and how they influence the customer experience is preferred
- Demonstrated sense of exceptional personal excellence, with a can-do attitude
- Flexible – able to adapt to shifting or changing priorities.
