This role will report directly to Director of Global Consumer Services Group and will be responsible for providing internal and external communications to support the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product, Loyalty & Engagement, Rewards Program, Acquisition and other teams across the organization to developing and implementing communication strategy, plans and creatives for all Card member communications
  • Ensuring all brand guidelines are maintained on all communications
  • Initiating & managing communication campaigns with the Advertising and Media agencies from briefing to end production and ensuring all marketing processes are handled in a quality and compliant manner
  • Developing innovative means to optimize cost of communications
  • Managing the contents of Expression Magazine – the privileged magazine for Amex Card members; outline the concept of each issue, monitor contents and update the offers to Card members
  • Managing the contents on Amex Thailand Facebook and implement strategies to help internal clients to integrate Facebook into engagement and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Acquisition team to implemente online strategies in order to retrieve the prospect leads for Card acquisition through Amex online platforms and the third party platforms such as Facebook, LINE, Google and other online partners
  • Closely monitor social media effectiveness and report metrics to the business
  • Communicate and uphold official social media guidelines among company employees
  • Implementing strategies to drive successful PR and CSR campaigns in the market by working closely with external PR agency and market leaders
  • Working with relevant businesses and support units to handle media queries and profile selected projects with the media in order to obtain coverage
  • Developing and implementing employee communication plans in support of business goals, including writing senior management communications, employee memos and conducting the Town Hall
  • Distribute organization announcements and market-wide updates;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or a closely related field;
  • Proven ability to deal with high pressure environment and constant change;
  • Solid experience in writing compelling articles;
  • Proven experience and ability to work across the team;
  • Established skill in exercising smart judgment regarding prioritization of many communications;
  • Experience in digital media and online platform is the plus.
