You will be working in a service environment to support call center and operations technology globally, end-to-end process improvement, and our commitment to put the customer first. Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate feasibility of projects using financial and statistical tools
  • Mine and analyze data to quantify opportunities and support data-based decision making

  • Create proposals and use cost-benefit analysis to gain buy-in/support

  • Redesign work-flow using process mapping and improvement tools

  • Identify and eliminate process defects

  • Implement process controls and new technical infrastructure

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners

  • Meet reengineering targets while also elevating the customer experience and staying within compliance mandates





  • Experience in the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of operational processes
  • Outstanding analytical thinker, problem solver, and decision maker with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong project management experience and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individual with the resilience and proven ability to overcome obstacles
  • Commitment to delivering results within strict timeframes
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with superiors and peers in a clear, consistent manner
  • Proven ability to translate data analytics into impactful insights and actionable outcomes

  • Experience, knowledge, and application of core engineering principles and methodologies and tools including cost benefits analysis, data mining, statistical tools, and process mapping
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent required
