American Express in the Nordic region is one of the fastest growing international businesses of American Express world-wide. Through strategic thought leadership rapidly translated into tactical implementation activities, the team is working hard to transform American Express´ presence in the Nordic region to a fast growing, highly efficient and customer-centric operation. This involves the restructuring and transformation of existing activities and operations as well as the implementation of new strategies and partnerships that will be instrumental to drive growth in turnover, profitability and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a strategic and analytic person to strengthen our Premium Product Team in the Nordics. American Express’ premium product portfolio in the Nordic region is comprised of our newly re-launched, stainless-steel Platinum Card, as well as American Express’ iconic black “Centurion” Card product.
This is a pivotal role in the premium products team with responsibility for new Centurion customer acquisition, management and development of premium product benefits, and premium product communication. As project leader for premium products, you will be responsible for both managing existing product processes but also to project manage and lead key initiatives related to American Express´ premium product offering in the region.
You will work across international teams in American Express regarding our International benefits and also implementing projects regarding Premium products.
This role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing, external partners and agencies and internal teams and bring all parties together to deliver the best results. A successful candidate has a natural role in leading project in an agile manner to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers, partners and American Express. To do this, you will possess excellent communication skills and we expect you to likely have an experience of working with Premium Products before.

What you’ll do:
Be able to drive and implement Acquisition for the Premium Product in the Nordics
Analyze and optimize acquisition processes and drive acquisition efficiency for the Premium Product
Work with existing benefits and new benefits for Premium Products
Work with communications for Premium Products
Maintain and develop the relationship with internal teams and external agencies
Work closely with central teams on strategic projects
You will be able to present results both locally and to our International teams in a constructive way
Support others in the Premium team when needed

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree or similar in a relevant field – e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, sales, media, communications
1-3 years relevant working experience within sales, marketing, communication
Proactive problem-solver with a self-starting attitude
Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish and English
Excellent presentation skills
Curios and innovative mindset
Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel with a strong sense of planning
Natural collaborator who enjoys working with and others, to support the success of the team
Solid analytical skill-set with an ability to perform performance and results tracking and draw conclusions regarding business outcomes
Finnish and/or Norwegian is seen as a plus but not required
Positive attitude and be able to work under pressure
