Function Description:
Financial Analysis Manager, Balance Sheet Planning – Transformation and Innovation will be a key part of the Balance Sheet Planning team within Treasury and will work across the organization to transform key Treasury processes and deliver best-in-class, innovative process and technology solutions; immediate focus will be on transforming Balance Sheet Allocations, specifically Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).
This role will work closely with across Treasury, BU FP&A and LFO teams over time to streamline, automate and enhance the major, larger-scale Treasury activities

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Treasury colleagues, BU FP&A teams, Decision Support Transformation and Technologies to design seamless, automated, cutting-edge Technology solutions for key Treasury processes, with an initial focus on Balance Sheet Allocations, specifically Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
• Map current processes and design new ones that are integrated with our Technology solutions, take advantage of current automation technology and enable the organization to spend more time driving value vs. running the process
• Flawlessly execute against plans, and demonstrate the flexibility to course correct as circumstances change
• Analyze and Document current and proposed process flows and system architecture
• Consistently focus on improving existing processes vide automation, enhanced controls etc, by adopting best practices and new capabilities
• Provide clear and timely communication on progress and obstacles to project leads and stakeholders
• Support end user training, testing, documentation and change management initiatives related to process and technology changes

Critical Factors to Success:

Past Experience:
• Strong track record in driving Finance process and technology transformation initiatives
• Consistent track record of innovation and process enhancements in previous roles
• 3+ years Finance/Fintech experience

 

Qualifications

Academic Background:

Functional Skills/ Capabilities:
• Knowledge of current Treasury processes preferred, in particular Balance Sheet Allocations (FTP)
• Strong collaborator - can work across the Enterprise to drive results while understanding and incorporating multiple viewpoints and motivations from a diverse set of stakeholders
• Advanced communication and persuasive presentation skills with ability to break down complex ideas and come up with understandable, thoughtful recommendations
• Ability to handle high pressure environment with aggressive deadlines while balancing long term / short term impacts and multiple priorities and customers


Technical Skills/ Capabilities:
• Ability to layout system and process architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Tableau and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA, Tableau/BI, other programming languages will be preferred

Knowledge of Platforms:
• Knowledge of relevant Technology platforms – Oracle Essbase, Management Reporting tools, TM1 and automation technology (specifically RPA and NLG)


Shift Timings: 1:30PM to 9:30PM
