We are pleased to announce we are hiring a Team Leader position who will have responsibility for delivery of this service offering, managing a team Program Administrators servicing the EMEA region.


If you are a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader with a desire to deliver the very best in customer experience and looking to combine leadership and commercial activity then this may be a great role for you.


Role remit:

  • Recruit, train, coach and manage a high performing team to deliver against client and internal scorecard targets

  • Talent strategy and pipeline planning; retain high performing individuals and ensure robust succession plans are in place

  • Manage client relationships to ensure smooth on-boarding of new positions, and delivery of strong results with existing client portfolio

  • Lead direct reports to create measurable and impactful development plans aligned with their personal and organizational goals

  • Manage the annual performance program; Development Plans, Goals, Mid & Year-End Reviews

  • Lead team members to drive early adoption of clients in digital space and online servicing

  • Create and leverage best practices and case studies across roles and EMEA markets

  • Keep informed on EMEA regulatory landscape to ensure client role delivery and team activity maintains American Express regulatory obligations

  • Identify growth opportunities including presenting the outsourced servicing model to internal and external clients

Qualifications

 

With your ability to lead and build strong working relationships with a diverse range of people we are looking for the following skills:
  • Proven track record in driving results through others and providing inspirational leadership

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills

  • Knowledge and experience of working with global and large client base - an understanding of structure and protocols and managing relationships an advantage

  • Knowledge of payment landscape and solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience in workflow management, hiring and resource planning

  • Able to work well in a high-pressure environment with the challenge of managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines
