Within our Travel & Lifestyle organization we are looking for an experienced Travel Counsellor, responsible to manage our premium customers by providing innovative and extraordinary service.

 

This position will be responsible for creating unique travel & lifestyle experiences through the bookings of domestic and international flights, cars, hotels and first-class entertainment. The candidate should be able to Interact by phone with Card members with a strong focus on Service and Customer Care


To be successful in the position, the candidate must be able to work efficiently using his/her passion for travel and lifestyle to exceed client expectations by constantly striving to create unforgettable trips and experiences for our Premium Card Members.

 

The candidate should be a brand ambassadors who take pride in his/her ability to craft memorable trips, and deliver personalized solutions through our best-in-class service, exclusive programs and premium benefits – inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty along the way.


Qualifications


  • High school or university degree

  • A good knowledge of travel and world and climate geography

  • Sales experience and the consultative skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services

  • Computer skills are vital as you’ll be using several different travel tools, all day, every day-Ability to use travel reservation systems, a good knowledge of one CRS preferably Sabre

  • A flair for building long-lasting customer relationships through your ability to carefully listen and your strong spoken and written communication skills

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

  • The flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

  • Follower of Travel and Lifestyle news/ trends

  • Italian and English both written and spoken are required 

  • Resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstances
