We are looking for a Co-brand Reporting Capabilities Owner that has experience in driving agile development processes to deliver new data asks, features and functionality, as well as identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our enterprise reporting needs 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Understand customer reporting requirements and explain how our technology stack addresses them
  • Explore and understand the data within our big data ecosystem
  • Aggregate and transform data using acceleration tools
  • Work with customers to gather project requirements, allocate resources, plan and define timelines and success criteria
  • Manage project progress, ensuring successful completion
  • Produce technical marketing materials through presentations, blog posts, tutorials & white papers
  • Showcase analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Define new features to be built, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and groom stories with developers and designers
  • Interface and collaborate successfully with engineering and business groups to create and deliver on a product vision
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Verbally and visually tell stories and keep people engaged
  • Utilize SQL and Tableau 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with large datasets and Technology teams
  • Solid understanding of capabilities and platforms within Big Data landscape including tools
  • Solid Analytical background and success with providing solutions to issues and/or problems
  • Understanding of key drivers of the credit card industry is highly preferred
  • Experience and/or knowledge of American Express Data are pluses
  • SQL and Tableau are assets
