The GCS US Digital SME (Small Medium Enterprise) organization is responsible for acquiring and engaging American Express small business customers through digital channels. For newly acquired Card Members, the digital onboarding journey is of utmost importance because it is one of the first touchpoints that these Card Members have with the brand and is an introduction to the full commercial suite of products.

 

This Sr. Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to drive marketing strategy and execution and to provide best in class digital onboarding experiences for newly acquired American Express small business Card Members. This role will work cross functionally across various teams including Product, Consumer Marketing, Enterprise Digital, Technology, Analytics and Amex Insights.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve commercial marketing within digital channels to grow revenue and expand Card Member relationships
  • Manage all marketing, legal and compliance approvals for marketing and servicing assets including all digital placements using various platforms
  • Strategize new ways to deliver best in class experiences and create compelling value driven communications to entice new Card Members to maximize their American Express membership, engagement and performance in digital channels
  • Work hand in hand with Enterprise Digital Product counterparts to plan technology builds within the digital onboarding channel
  • Lead reporting and financial analysis for customer acquisition and engagement within the digital channels to track performance over time
  • Lead test and learn initiatives to optimize digital experiences and drive enrollments, spend and engagement

Qualifications

  • Customer first mindset and a passion for small business customers
  • 1-2 years direct marketing experience preferred
