Our Premium Card Members long for extraordinary, money can’t buy experiences around the globe. If it be exclusive dining options, to private travel packages or concert tickets, our clients want and expect the best.

As a Premium Consultant you will bring this membership offering to life for our Centurion and Platinum Card Members by delivering world class customer service through each interaction. You will partner with our exclusive vendors and deliver our unrivaled benefits for Card Members around the world.

Harnessing your extensive knowledge and experience, you will personalize travel and lifestyle experiences that excite our Card members, delivered in a timeframe that exceeds their expectations. You will be a brand ambassador, taking pride in the high quality of your work and building meaningful relationships with our Card Members, business partners and colleagues. 


We’re looking for extraordinary people like you that have the:
  • Ability to deliver exceptional levels of Customer Service consistently
  • A true passion, interest and basic knowledge of travel destinations, premium products & experiences
  • Experience with Sabre or an alternate GDS, and/or Basic Fares & Ticketing – preferred not essential
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Performance & Productivity metrics
  • Ability to multitask, be highly organized, and can navigate across multiple systems and priorities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience, high levels of commitment, agility and growth mindset to be successful
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with an ability to balance between efficiency and quality

To best service our Card Members, we need to be ready and available to help them 365 days of the year. To be eligible for this role you must to be able to work a 7-day rotating roster varying between 7am – 7pm, Monday to Sunday over 365 days.
