Customer Care Professional - Fixed term contract

Job Description


This is a temporary position to act as a member of AEB LLC Corporate Card Customer Services Back Office. This position has a responsibility to provide a full range of client and internal reporting, reconciliation files, data capture, and support to Front Office. The compliance with highest industry standards of service is critical to this position. Daily duties include but are not limited to: providing clients with BTA product reconciliation files according to schedule, various client and internal reporting, supporting Sales Team in new Client`s implementation process, scanning and filing clients` documents, handling client inquiries, arranging copies of statements, downloading, saving and filing customer data, providing support and information to colleagues. Work in cooperation with AEB LLC Sales & ADM, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance Teams. This position may involve liaising with ICC Teams in the UK and various American Express card issuing and billing centres.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong customer focus

  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet the deadlines

  • Ability to work with large data volumes. Strong PC skills ( advanced Excel skills) 

  • Good communication skills in English and in Russian (both oral and written)

  • Skills to work as a team member. Present American Express in a proper way

  • Education in Finance or/and previous job experience in a bank back office position is a plus
