The Product Management team within GCS is a critical driver of growth, and responsible for developing the current and next generation of market leading products that are the best choice for our customers globally. The product line includes charge, credit and co-branded cards, business financing solutions, and supplier payments products that serve all customers, from small businesses to global corporations.

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader to lead the Commercial Co-Brand Product Management team in EMEA, which is responsible for managing our suite of Cobranded Small Business and Corporate cards in the region. This individual will lead a dynamic and engaged team of product managers responsible for growing and evolving our current suite of cobrand products, as well as for developing new solutions and partnerships to accelerate growth.  The VP, Cobrand Product Management will manage our existing partner relationships, as well as explore and strategically assess new opportunities in the pipeline, ultimately developing a roadmap and strategy to drive growth and scale in the region. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, empower, and motivate a team of product managers across Europe

  • Become an expert in European customer needs, regulatory environment, and market dynamics in order to define cobrand product roadmap and growth plan

  • Optimize existing co-brand product suite while also developing innovative new solutions to meet evolving needs and drive growth within GCS

  • Lead business development and ongoing management efforts with new and prospective co-brand partners

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as marketing, sales, tech. and risk management to deliver a best in class customer experience

  • Manage the product P&Ls, maintaining a strong focus on both top-line and bottom-line growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significan background in product/marketing leadership roles with preference for strategic partner management expertise and credit/lending experience 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate information and analysis into actionable customer insights and recommendations

  • Experienced leader with ability to inspire, challenge, and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective decision-maker with exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills and a track record of building momentum with a range of partners

  • Demonstrated ability to work with, influence, and negotiate with external partners

  • Strong comfort and grasp of product P&L and deal economics; ability to influence key revenue/cost drivers over short and long term

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and inspire a diverse and high performing team

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast paced, global team, and having a few laughs along the way
