Job Description:

Works as part of GCSG & GCS Technology to analyze, assess and consult on project engagement requests raised by business partners for meeting their business objectives.  Entails understanding of high-level requirements, existing technology framework and linkages to other functions/processes for proposing effective delivery solutions in partnership with product SMEs and drive prioritization in collaboration with business owners.  Works with Directors of Technical Delivery and Project Management resources to engage and ensure availability of the required resources in accordance with the overall release plan.  Provides recommendations on re-prioritization of the backlog, proposed solutions & resources, where necessary.  Monitors and tracks engagement requests against delivery, budget, schedule and quality targets.  Should be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time and manage the value stream under SAFe.



  • Responsible for working closely with business partners to understand Business Problems& translate into technical requirements

  • To work with Portfolio Architects/ Platform SMEs on defining potential solutions to business problems.

  • Ability to manage & coordinate with multiple FTE’s/Vendor teams in a Scaled Agile environment to implement the Business solution

  • Manage Business expectations in a dynamic environment with ever changing requirements

  • Responsible for smooth & timely implementation of the integrated solution. Manage escalations while keeping the relevant stakeholders informed on the progress.

  • Self-Driven, motivated to take up additional responsibilities outside allocated tasks to stand out in the team.

  • Should liaise with Business Partners to drive the prioritization discussions with Product teams

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • English & Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)





  • Should have experience of working in Scaled Agile or Agile framework with fair understanding of SAFe/Agile concepts & its implementation.  Should be able to drive discussions with various ART’s to deliver the solution.

  • Familiarity to tools like Rally , JIRA for agile project management will be a plus

  • Holds a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field (5 years of relevant experience)

  • Typically possesses prior IT and business work experience with exposure to technical environments and business segments
