The Analyst, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for supporting key initiatives to drive the high growth aspirations and day-to-day operations of the Merchant business in Europe. Working closely with the Leadership team, GMS colleagues, Finance, and other functional teams, the Manager will provide analytical decision support on a wide range of business issues, including:

  • Develop strategy presentations and communications.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to manage key business deliverables.

  • Provide significant strategic and analytical support on operational workstreams.

  • Lead high-visibility colleague engagement activities for employee networks across the BlueBox.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines

  • Experience creating high-visibility presentations and business deliverables in Excel/PowerPoint

  • Comfort interacting with senior leaders and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly organized and structured, with exceptional project management skills

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong sense of personal integrity.

  • Positive, “can do” personality. A team player with a sense of humor and creativity

  • Experience in the Global Merchant Services (GMS) Europe business is strongly preferred
