Job Description:

    

Function Description:

  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Orientation and Execution 

Purpose of the Role:

  • Elevate New Colleague Experience
  • Ensuring compliant documentation of new hires
  • Ability to facilitate organization policy and procedure to a large group
  • Drives Results and Demonstrates Personal Excellence
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end to end orientation/ on boarding across multiple locations in India
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors
  • Drives Results and Demonstrates Personal Excellence}Should be able to work with global teams
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and demonstrates an understanding of audience needs.
  • Ensuring documentation of new hires
  • An effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments.
  • Excellent understating of joining formalities/ requirements for Indians/Expats
  • Ensuring all mandatory joining documents are being managed in employee files
  • Ensuring Audit preparedness w.r.t to joining documentation
  • Ability to facilitate organization policy and procedure to a large group
  • Theoretical understanding of Provident Fund and ESIC requirements
  • Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, and pulling reports for business application.
  • Continuously seek to improve quality of service delivery, taking into consideration supervisor coaching and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work on HR projects outside of business as usual
  • Create an engaging environment, coordinate with department staff to arrange work place
  • Share critical expertise and knowledge to support team
  • Manage Relationship with key partners
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Shift: 9am-5pm (Candidate has to be flexible)

 

 



 

Minimum Qualifications

Critical Factors to Success:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate large audience is a must
  • 4-5 minimum years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of personnel documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Vendor Management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint Word etc
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and process thinking
  • Ability to formulate a sound decision and should be able to work in team environment.

Experience:  

  • Experience in overall new hire onboarding
  • Knowledge of end to end HR processes
  • Knowledge of New Hire documentation  

Academic Background:

  • MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources  

Functional Skills/Capabilities:
