Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), Frankfurt am Main

 

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Frankfurt. You will support the execution of the local HR strategy and partner with the business leaders to support market wide business success through an engaged and high performing workforce.

 

As a trusted partner you will focus on our key deliverables of creating an inclusive culture, engaging and developing talent and creating meaningful HR solutions to provide a consistent employee experience. In this role you will be contributing to the overall success of the business.

 

 

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure an effective employee experience across the employee lifecycle

  • Provide coaching and feedback to business stakeholders

  • See linkages across multiple lines of businesses and effectively use data and the right tools to drive solutions for the business

  • Deliver seamless HR support to managers and employees by leveraging employee programs, processes and systems, educating on policies & best practices

  • Execute the daily operations of the HR function to support our workforce

  • Manage the local talent planning agenda and career management efforts in Germany

  • Drive local HR projects through innovation and own ideas

  • Analyze and present HR data to offer strategic insight into talent performance solutions, employee engagement, performance and attrition metrics to identify and analyze trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with local and international HR colleagues and strive for an inclusive culture globally and within the market

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in an HR related subject
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence colleagues and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent communication skills, able to cascade complex messages in simple form
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
  • Team player, self-starter
  • Fluent in German and English
