The position is responsible for ICS organic growth, billing expansion from existing consumer customers. Especially, this position will focus on end to end management of spend stimulation campaigns and marketing communication from planning to execution.

 
1. Consumer Billing Expansion
  • Structure marketing strategy to increase customer billing

  • Analyze multiple reports (CM portfolio, billing data, etc) to find potential segment and appropriate approach with ROI efficiency, and propose solution

  • Be sensitive on external market and propose out of box idea

  • Develop effective campaigns and execute it in timely manner to deliver the result

  • Communicate with call center and manage daily customers voice

  • Track result, judge efficiency, and find outcome for further growth

 
2. Perception of Coverage (POC)
  • Promote POC and increase consumer NPS score of coverage

  • Closely align with GMS and plan effective merchant promotion and communication strategy together

  • Deliver timely communication of new signings by fully utilizing ICS communication channel

  • Be sensitive on market change of new payment tools and flexibly adjust to increase billing by multiple angle

  • Make strong partnership with merchants by direct negotiation

  • Track result and find further opportunity/idea
