Customer Service passion. 

Build customer loyalty through exceptional listening , relationship and  strong written and verbal communication.
 Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment 
This Position operates 365 days from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm , so schedule flexibility is required This position operates 365 days a year from 6:00 am to 24:00 pm. Full schedule flexibility is needed.
