JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 This position will be responsible for the strategy to acquire new proprietary cards through online media channels.

 

 To this purpose, the incumbent to this role will be accountable for the definition of the most efficient media mix to deliver acquisition goals balancing volume and costs.

 

 As part of these responsibilities, he/she will be responsible for managing the relationship with key partners and agencies, looking for new opportunities / partnerships (external and internal) to acquire new cards, as well as integrating new platforms and capabilities to foster innovation.

 

 Additionally, he/she will be in charge of defining the marketing strategy, designing an A/B testing roadmap for creatives, leveraging market trends to maintain campaigns´ conversion rates.

 

 Typical activities will include the definition of the media plan for the channels under his/ her scope, channel performance key performance indicators, funnel efficiencies, ensure monthly A/B Testing in each channel (creative, segmentation, offer, etc.), define a plan for implementation, coordinate resources for execution, identify measures of success and track usage afterwards.

 

 This position will monitor the marketplace diligently and understand competition solidly. Strong cross-functional partnership is required, including closely working with internal and external partners, media agency, Digital Acquisition Analytics Team, Marketing, Brand, Products Teams, Finance, Legal & Compliance, among others.

    

Finally, this person shall manage the budget of the managed channel/s.

 
Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.

Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
 

- University degree in business administration, engineering or similar careers

- Possess expert knowledge of the subject matter of web analysis and web analytic applications

- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal/influence management skills with the ability to work across business units, executive levels and diverse functions

- Results-oriented

- The ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change

- Strong ability to drive results and winning strategies; not afraid to challenge the status quo

- Ability to operate independently and proactively

- Proven experience on digital channel management is a MUST
