The Role


We are looking for a Product manager role to join the Nordic Corporate Business Excellence team.  The team manages statement billing models that are specific to the region to offer our card members and clients, and overseas the process in sending electronic statement billing files directly into our clients’ ERP systems. The team also leads and supports projects impacting Nordic Corporate Business related to Business transformation, Drive digital, Compliance and Regulatory Changes.


What you will do

  • Own and articulate end-to-end billing solutions and process requirements across third-party IT vendors, cross-functional teams and customers

  • Responsible for Vendor Relationship Management and ensure the vendors on adherence to Amex Compliance standard and requirements

  • Primary point of contact for Travel management companies in the Nordic region to ensure accuracy on billing data exchange

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, Risk teams and more to drive process efficiency and value for our customers

  • Lead or support in projects that impact Nordic Corporate business

Minimum Qualifications

You should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or IT
  • 3+ years product and project management experience in Finance/Banking/IT industry/Business Travel
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Business Proficiency in verbal & written English and Swedish
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You might also have

  • Experience in working with XML files

  • Proficiency in working with MS Access
