Support Team provides support to Credit operations for IDC (International Dollar Card), US, Argentina and Spain markets. Analyst will be responsible for special processes, complaint management, process improvement, implementations, process documentation and policies, and cases non-phone eligible.

Also, will provide data to support operations, inventory management and reporting

Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.

Minimum Qualifications

  • SQL knowledge is a must, HiveQL/Phyton/Tableau desirable

  • Advanced Excel
  • Ability to adapt quickly on a changing environment
  • Proactive and ability to work without supervision
  • Effective communication skills across different levels both written and spoken

  • Ability to build strong partnership with other team members, internal and external customers.

  • Credit knowledge and systems desirable (Globestar, CAS, Triumph, MNS, Mercury, etc.)

  • If internal, no counseling active and minimum rating 3
