Rep I-Customer Service (VB)

Job Description

As a Consumer New Accounts CCP, you will be required to analyze and resolve a large amount of cases per day with a high quality of service and efficient solutions. You will be expected to handle Consumer and SBS  applications, in order to deliver supplementary and basic accounts, as well as being able to work with daily and monthly metrics and goals


Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and thinking skills

  • Strong making decision skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume and high stress environment
  • Time management and highly organizational skills
  • Ability to work with repetitive operations in an efficient manner and with minimal supervision
  • Schedule flexibility
  • No active counseling /PIP
  • English preferencial
