BTA Specialist - Fixed term contract [Online Recruitment]

Job Description

We are looking for a BTA Specialist in Card Operations Department-Back office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Multi-functional operational responsibility for Business Travels Accounts

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, by delivery excellent service to our internal and external customers including corporate contact persons and travel agencies

  • Handle all queries from internal and external customers including corporate customers (program administrators) and travel agencies using the BTA product

  • Control outstanding credit balances on BTA accounts.

  • Handle debt collection on BTA accounts and control/review credit worthiness in line with risk procedure

  • Ensure correct reporting process - monthly/daily reconciliation of BTA Card reports

  • Investigate payments to ensure they get allocated to the right accounts to be processed in a correct way

  • Respect confidentiality with regards to all data

Minimum Qualifications


  • Team player and able to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Numerical/Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Highly customer focused and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English
