This suite includes Early Pay, Buyer Initiated Payments, Merchant Financing, Working Capital Terms and Business Loans.

We are seeking a Manager, Product Development, Supply Chain Solutions, for an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the biggest transformational initiatives at the company. This bold agenda in partnership with our global Pricing team consists of bringing our highest priority GCS products into our bank legal entity. You would be the end to end strategic product lead on supporting this work for our Supply Chain Solutions & Products. You would be a vital member of the Project Oculus team working cross functionality with stakeholders across pricing, technology, and implementations as we assess the optimal path to build/migrate our Supply Chain Solution Products in to the bank for new &/or existing clients and customers.

As a Manager in the Product Development team of SCS, you will act as a key point of contact for the Oculus team, bridging the gap between the project requirements and the product & engineering teams. Your role will require being able to understand system flows, ability to process map and be able to create a testing strategy – and own the associated documentation of these. You would also need to partner with Technology in a Product Owner capacity. You will be expected to communicate effectively and collaborate across the Organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Key POC for product development to support certain priority projects
  • Owning knowledge repository for all SCS workflows & documentation
  • Perform PO role for a Tech Scrum team to deliver on the SCS roadmap
  • Responsible for developing E2E testing strategy to support customer journeys and SCS workflows
  • Co-ordinate and writing E2E testing of SCS impacted customer journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders: Product Management, Pricing, Risk, Tech, and senior leadership to translate business strategies and goals into product development plans
  • Work with Product Management to prioritize and sequence the product backlog according to defined metrics like business value, return on investment, and complexity
  • Ensuring product compliance supporting internal audits, product risk self-assessments and managing the associated engagements with project leads

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in managing projects
  • Proactive and comfortable to fact find/work things out on your initiative

  • Experience of testing & acceptance of new product development of features

  • You have a proven ability to define requirements that pinpoint business challenges and develop recommendations

  • Understanding of B2B, Large Market commercial payments or lending products preferred

  • Collaboration & Relationship Skills – strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills. Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve outcomes without direct responsibility

  • Ability to develop recommendations to influence senior leadership

  • Detail-orientated with an ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to different audiences with varying backgrounds

  • You have a strong drive to succeed and stay positive in face of challenges, spreading your enthusiasm across the team and to our partners and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a lot of white space

  • Educational requirement: University degree in business management, engineering, accounting, finance, engineering or related discipline.
