The DART team fields inbound and outbound calls regarding an account where the main Card Member is deceased (Personal and/or Small Business). With the highest level of empathy and Customer First approach, our DART Specialists offer the potential opportunity to transfer ownership to another responsible party or cancel the account. In an attempt to gather necessary information to settle the account, the Specialist may have to ask difficult questions regarding the estate for the Card Member.

The successful candidate has strong listening skills and the ability to express sincere compassion. They need to acknowledge and recognize the underlying emotion of each situation.
- Experience in Credit and/or Customer Service preferred
- Customer First mindset with proven ability to emotionally connect with customers
